• The date shown in the diagram refers to the first degree session, if there are many candidates there will be more sessions in the following days
• The exact date and time will be communicated to the graduating student via e-mail after the thesis submission expiry date
• The calendar will take into account the availability of the supervisor
• The presentation should last 10 minutes
• The declaration will take place at the end of each graduation sitting.
